PLEASE NOTE: The details below relate to Lewes Music Festival 2025, there may be some changes for 2026 which we will update as everything is confirmed for 2026.

Tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions listed here and on a link at the bottom of each of the website pages.

Tickets are non refundable and non-transferable. Please only purchase from our Official Ticket Partners and Official Brand Ambassadors and beware of unauthorised ticket agents including Ebay, Gumtree, Viagogo etc as well as scammers often offering to “transfer” their tickets for lower money to avoid disappointment. Fraudulent tickets will be cancelled on discovery and you will not be granted access to the festival.

Friday 5th June is a small early festival party for a limited number of guests. Music and Arena open from 4pm – 10pm.

Saturday 6th & 7th June, the Arena will open at 11am and closes Saturday at 11pm, Sunday at 8pm. Music will start from 1pm each day.

Rugby tournament will be played on Saturday 6th June from 9am – 3pm.

Camping and Glamping.

Entry into the campsite will be from Thursday at 3pm or Friday 12 noon.

You must have purchased a Friday night ticket and a weekend camping ticket to gain entry to the early bird arrival party as well as the arena on Saturday and Sunday.

Entry to the campsite will be closed at 8pm to stop movement of cars.

Get out is Monday 8th June by 12 noon

No this will have been erected prior to your arrival, you will be directed to the Glamping area and your name will be on your allocated Glamping tent. Please note you will need to purchase a glamping ticket and a weekend camping ticket for entry to both campsite and arena.

There will be plenty of toilets in both the Campsite and Arena.

These toilets are monitored and cleaned regularly. Emptied and serviced Saturday and Sunday Morning. It is always advisable if you are camping to bring extra toilet rolls.

Showers are located a short walk from the campsite in the Rugby Clubhouse. They will be open each morning from 7am – 11am.

Yes we have a free water point located in the arena and on the side of the Rugby Club house at two points. This is a short walk from the campsite. You will be allowed access to refill empty plastic bottles/containers throughout your stay on presentation of your weekend wristband to security.

Accessible toilets will be available in both the Arena and Campsite. Please note that the campsite is a short walk to the arena. We will endeavour to place accessibility camping as close as we possibly can. Camping is on farmers fields and fairly even. The arena is a grass field rugby pitch and again fairly even. If the weather is inclement then please make provision for the wet and uneven ground.

No the parking will be a short walk to the camping zone.

None are available. There will be plenty of toilets in the camping arena.

Yes. You can bring a limited amount of alcohol into the campsite and this needs to be decanted into plastic. There will be checks at, entry point where excess alcohol will be confiscated and returned on exit.

BBQ’s are all part and parcel of a festival and a way to enjoy the company of your fellow campers so yes we do but it must be off the grass either on legs or blocks and attended at all times. Please make sure once finished with, they are extinguished properly.

We do not allow fire pits, flares, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, etc. For you own safety we will have stewards and security patrolling throughout that weekend. Please note we reserve the right to ban the use of BBQ’s at any time should we deem it a safety concern.

There will be tower lights to help you along your way. These will be positioned to light up the camping area and walkways. It is always advisable to bring a torch.

There will be plenty of recycling and rubbish collection points throughout the campsite, we ask that you leave the site rubbish free. This is a local farmers land and used for cattle grazing throughout the year.

As we are close to a residential area, we ask that no music is played in the campsite after 11pm Friday or Saturday and 8pm Sunday. Please be aware that noise travels.

No food or alcohol, drinks allowed in the arena, we have plenty of food and drinks outlets to keep you going throughout the day. Sealed water bottles or empty water bottles are allowed in and can be refilled at the water point. Sign posted within the arena for you.

Yes we do there will be diabled toilets within the arena, Showers are located on the ground floor of the Rugby Club house which is a short walk from the camping fields.

Yes dogs are allowed if kept on a lead. But the arena can get busy, with plenty of children playing. So we please ask that if your dog is of a nervous disposition it might not be advisable.
